Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am.
Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. A $100 security deposit will be held from the guest’s CC upon check in for incidentals.

Parking
Our hotel does not offer on-site parking, but a private parking garage is located just across the street. Prices vary.
Pet Policy
Pet fee is $25/night. A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets are allowed per room with a total limit of 40lbs. Only dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted and they can’t be left alone in the room.
Breakfast
Complimentary breakfast buffet served at sister property, Cornell Hotel (1 minute away) from 7:30AM – 10:30AM.
Concierge Hours
Our lobby is open every day from 7am to 11pm.
Amenity Fee
An amenity fee of $20/night will be applied to each room. This fee includes high-speed Wi-Fi access, access to our water station, and a glass of wine and breakfast buffet at Jeanne D’arc, located at our sister property, Cornell Hotel, down the street. This ensures all guests enjoy these services and amenities during their stay.
Occupancy and Local Tax
Transient Occupancy Tax of 16.445% is charged on the room rate only.
Guest Identification Required
Guests will be required to present a valid identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation and credit card provided at check-in. If you are using a company or other party’s credit card, an authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in.
Accessibility
Our hotel, built in 1913, is listed as a Contributing Building in the Lower Nob Hill Apartment Hotel District, a National Register of Historic Places. However, a recent evaluation survey by a Certified Access Specialist (CAS) determined that it is not technically feasible to remove the front steps or provide an accessible alternative for wheelchair users. We regret that we cannot serve you.
Smoke-Free
We are 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any guest-room, deck, balcony or public areas. If smoking occurs, there will be a $250 cleaning fee per night charged to your credit card.
Lost Keys Policy
Lost keys subject to $35 replacement fee. Report promptly to front desk for security.
Candles
Open flamed candles are not allowed. Please do not light a candle in your guest room. If lit, you will be liable for the entire amount of damage. Safe flame-free candles are available at the front desk should you wish to have candles lit ambiance in your room.
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping staff will enter daily for stay over guests (more than one night) to freshen bathrooms, empty trash cans and make the bed. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door, the housekeeping staff will not enter the room. If any additional amenities are needed, please contact the front desk.
